Getting a Quote

The proposer must be able to agree all of these for us to provide a quote.

1. The proposer and all drivers are aged 23 years or older.
2. The proposer is actively operating a motor trade business for profit or income.
3. The proposer and all drivers have been resident in the UK for at least the preceding 12 months.
4. The proposer and all drivers have no criminal convictions not spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act nor any criminal convictions pending.
5. The proposer, any partners, directors or employees have not been declared bankrupt or insolvent in the past 3 years.

I agree all above statements are correct.
