Make an Adjustment

1. BROKER PARTNERS

Any adjustments to existing policies can be made directly with us by the policyholder (who should phone 08707 87 87 40); we will inform you of any significant changes to your client’s policy.

2. AGENTS

You’ll find that there are several forms to help you make changes to a current policy. Our teams can also help with queries by phone or by email.

To add a driver

Call us on 08707 87 87 40 and we will calculate the Additional premium due. This will include our fee.

Cover can commence once verbal or written confirmation is received and the additional premium is due within 14 days. We will request a copy of the additional driver's licence. A new certificate will be issued and the obsolete one must be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept temporary additional drivers.

To obtain a replacement certificate

Please complete the Lost Certificate Declaration Form (download PDF) and return it to us with IMMEDIATE PAYMENT of our fee.
You can fax it, using a Credit Card number for payment,
or post with a cheque, made payable to Motor Trade Solutions Ltd.

To obtain a green card

There is a charge for a green card, which we will advise you of.

Please complete the Green Card Request Form (download PDF) or call with the following information:

  • Inclusive dates of travel;
  • Final destination and countries en route;
  • The vehicle’s make and model, registration number and engine capacity.

To change an indemnity limit

Please call with details of the change and we will calculate the additional premium due, including our fee. Payment should be made according to your normal terms.

To change a policyholder’s address

Please complete the Address Change Form and return it to us (download PDF) with IMMEDIATE PAYMENT. You can fax it, using a Credit Card number for payment, or post with a cheque, made payable to Motor Trade Solutions Ltd.
