How to Renew
1. BROKER PARTNERS
Renewal invitations will be sent to you and your client; we will also tell you when your client has renewed. Commission is paid on each and every subsequent renewal during the life of the policy.
2. AGENTS
We’ll send you a renewal notification about 2 - 3 weeks before your client’s renewal is due. That’s the time for you to make contact with the client, if you haven’t done so already.
The premium is calculated on the basis of the information that we already hold about them. If there has been a change of circumstances, please call and we will then recalculate the renewal premium due.
When ready to renew, you need to complete and return to us the Declaration at the bottom of the Renewal Invitation. Payment should be made within 14 days.

3. CHANGES TO OUR PRODUCTS
