How to Cancel

1. BROKER PARTNERS

If your client’s policy is cancelled (either by him or by us), we will inform you.

2. AGENTS

If your client wants to cancel a policy, you need to complete the Notification of Cancellation form (download PDF) and return it to us, together with:

  • a letter from your client detailing the date of cancellation;
and
  • any cover note still in force or the certificate of insurance.

We will calculate any premium/refund due on a Time on Risk basis for a new business. Or alternatively, on a Short Period basis for a mid-term cancellation. There may be an administration charge on cancellations.

No refunds are given on Liability policy cancellations.
